Jonathan Chagnon, the original entrepreneur from Saint-Césaire, is never short of ideas and has long wanted to develop a project at his home in Saint-Césaire. He met Pascal Schwerdtfeger, then chef in Longueuil. Together, they discuss their passion for catering and dream of creating a gourmet meeting place, an original and unmissable address, a place where you feel good, where you always want to return.

They will thus give life to the MILLE Notre-Dame.
