The white porto and tonic of Coteau St-Paul

Ingredients

60 ml (¼ cup) White Sao Polo porto from Coteau St-Paul
30 ml (1 oz) Tonic water
1 Lemon wedge for garnish

Preparation

1. In a glass mix the Sao Polo and the tonic water.

2. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
