The mulled wine of Cidreie Arista’ cider house



750 ml (1 bottle) Australie Ozie red wine of the Cidrerie Arista’ cider house
60 ml (¼ cup) Sugar
1 Cinnamon stick
4 Cloves
1 Stripe of orange zest


1. Pour the bottle of Australia Ozie red wine and the sugar in a saucepan.

2. Heat over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.

3. Add the cinnamon stick, the cloves and the stripe of orange zest.

4. Bring to boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

5. Remove the cloves, cinnamon, and the stripe of orange zest.

6. Pour the wine into heatproof glasses.
