The herb and white wine granita of Artisans du Terroir


150 ml (5 oz) Frio, white wine from les Artisans du Terroir
250 ml (8 oz) Water
80 ml (1/3 cup) Sugar
4 Rosemary spring
A splash of lemon juice


1. In a saucepan, bring the water, sugar and rosemary to a boil, turn off the heat, cover and let stand.

2. When cooled and infused with the scent of rosemary, stir in Frio and the lemon juice.

3. Freeze in a container for at least three hours, stirring each 20 minutes to obtain the consistency of a slush.

4. Serve in a glass garnish with a spring of rosemary.
