The grapefruit white wine sparkler from Domaine De Lavoie

Le vin blanc pétillant au pamplemousse du Domaine de Lavoie

Ingredients

750 ml (1 bottle) SV-318 white wine from Domaine De Lavoie
250 ml (1 cup) Gin
20 ml (4 teaspoon) Sugar
60 ml (¼ cup) Grapefruit juice
350 ml (1 can) Club Soda
6 Thin lemon slices

PRÉPARATION

1. In a punch bowl or large pitcher, combine the gin and sugar.

2. Stir until the sugar dissolve.

3. Add the grapefruit juice and the wine.

4. Stir to combine.

5. To serve, fill six glasses with ice and wine mixture. Then garnish with lemon slices.
