Coteau St-Paul is located on the southern slope of Mount Yamaska. The vineyard is also an apple orchard and table grape picking, as well as cider and wine cellar.
With an exceptional micro-climate at an altitude of more than 75 meters, this site offers a magnificent view of the south-eastern region of Quebec.

Soil conditioned using natural composted fertilizer under permanent crop cover to prevent soil erosion on mountain slopes. Minimum use of pesticides, integrated pest control under the guidance of two specialized agronomists working with apple and vineyard screening clubs.
