With his sparkling ciders made from the traditional method as well as his many rosé products made from the red-fleshed Geneva apple, Michel is betting on quality and originality. He is also one of the pioneers of microdistillery in Canada, since he has been distilling apples using his column still since 1999. Don’t miss his famous Apple Brandy or his delicious mistelles!

The staff will be happy to welcome you for a tasting or simply to advise you. The brand new layout offers a bright and modern atmosphere that is definitely worth a look. The team is available to serve you 7 days a week, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Located in an enchanting setting at the foot of Mont Rougemont, the Cidrer house also offers a magnificent hike on the Jean-Baptiste-Jodoin trails. This hike is approximately 4,6 km and leads to a belvedere from where you can admire the splendor of the orchards in all seasons. The trail is accessible every day between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
